Basilisk v3 Pro not charging wirelessly on the Mouse Dock Pro
Recently purchased both the items mentioned above however when I try to charge the mouse on the dock, synapse doesn't reflect that its charging. However, I tried to charge my phone on the dock it works properly and when I try to charge the mouse via cable, it functions as well.
FYI, I've updated both the firmware on the mouse and the dock and I've also repaired the installation for Synapse.
Looking for help here... :confused_::confused_::confused_:
And to add on, I have the wireless charging puck on the mouse.

polyAmethystspot415Sorry to hear that the issue is still happening after performing the relevant steps above. Please remove all Razer-related files from your computer by downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, restart your PC so it can restore and repair files to your computer. Let me know how it goes. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM, and I'd be glad to assist.
