Hi, I have a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, which my wife gifted me about a year ago. I never used it until three days ago when I took it out of its box and installed it. Everything was working perfectly until yesterday when the Scroll Click stopped working. I tested it on another PC, and it still doesn't work. I also updated the firmware and still nothing. I tried to check my warranty on the Razer website, and it says that the S/N is not found in their database. The damage seems to be hardware-related, and I'm surprised that it only lasted a few hours before it broke!

I’m here to help. Please perform the troubleshooting here to further isolate the problem and check if the issue persists on the PC without the Razer Synapse 3 installed. If so, PM me your device serial number and share a short video for our support team's visibility. If possible, kindly ask for a copy of proof of purchase from the giver for warranty validation.
