Basilisk V3 Wheel stuck on free-spin

Hello, the mouse worked perfectly well for the last year, I was playing elden ring earlier and for whatever reasons my mouse wheel is seemingly stuck in free-spin even though ''tactile'' mode is selected. There's still the little clicking sound working when I switch modes either from the desktop app or by pressing the button right under the wheel but it doesn't change anything sadly. I tried the obvious stuff: restarting PC, reinstalling the app, unplugging the mouse but no luck so far. Any ideas ? It's not old, the mouse doesn't even have a full year of use.

    That's very inconvenient. Does the issue happen while connecting the mouse to another USB port or computer?
