Basilisk v3 wired no mouse pointer.

Just plugged this mouse in and the pointer does not show on the screen? Plus there is no light on the optical sensor underneath. The devices is detected in Razer Synapse, and the buttons and scroller work, just no pointer, rebooted (several times) and updated firmware. Tried it on a second device (Dell Laptop) same result, of no pointer (Have not installed the razer software on this device, but seen the windows notification of the drivers being loaded, again basic buttons work and scroller work just no Pointer) I assume this device is faulty? Windows 10 64Bit Version 21H1
