basilisk x hyperspeed mouse cursor not working

Anyone having problem that their mouse cursor suddenly stop working? Other function are working tho. Scrolling, clicking have no issue, but the mouse cursor wont move. I've try at other notebook & pc, connecting using either dongle or Bluetooth but the problem is still there. Already try cleaning the sensor as per website advice but no luck.
