If you’ll buy via US shop, then it’ll be shipped only to US.
Taxes are already included (EU shop).
Hard to say how long, because it depends on the issue / parts availability. If something will broke, you contact Razer Support directly, if RMA approved, they’ll send you shipping label, pass your laptop to courier etc. They declare, that laptop will be repaired and shipped within 3 business days (counted from day after after they receive it).

Will I get an invoice with my VAT ID and VAT value specified on the invoice to be able to book it in the company costs?
The price listed on Razer's EU website, in this case, EUR 3300 for the same laptop, may or may not include VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT is typically included in the listed price for consumer products in the EU, but it's best to confirm this with Razer or refer to the product description or checkout process on their website.

It’s kind of an issue to get any Razer official support here. I have clicked through the web page and web shop few times and only found FAQs, or specific problems resolutions. No chat nor email. It’s frustrating. I feel a bit lost here, seriously.

At the bottom of the page there is Mobile or Chat option, but only clicking “MOBILE” redirects you to a chat. Don’t know why, but anyway got the answers finaly!
