Whenever I try to update the BIOS/firmware this happens. I’ve had this laptop repaired once, so I believe that to be the reason for this issue. I was wondering what the fix might be for this issue if any?Model #: RZ09-03305E53.

Check if u downloaded the correctapp for your laptop model. Each model has its ownversion of “Razer Blade Updater”.
