Black screen on Razer Blade 15
Last week my screen stopped functioning. I connected to an external monitor and that worked for a day after which that monitor also would not function.
Fortunately while the external monitor was working, I backed up all my files to an external hard drive, even though they are always syncing with my One Drive.
Next I verified that the external monitor was still working by connecting to another laptop that I own.
I worked with a Razer tech by phone to trouble shoot various items such as drivers and reinstallation of devices etc to no avail. The next step would be for me to send my laptop in for repair, but I can't help thinking this is something simple? Does it make sense to anyone why the main laptop screen would go black and then a day later and external monitor also? Could it be the motherboard, or a problem with a connection of a component?
