I have a problem with the headphones, the sticker with the serial number came off, unfortunately the headphones do not work as they should. I tried to claim them but the claim was rejected due to the serial number. The headphones were sent in the original box where the serial number is written. If necessary, I have the product registered directly with razer. Is there any way to solve this problem?
