I’m having issues on my black widow v3 mini hyperspeed phantom edition the lights are very low I kept clicking random buttons at once how do I reset everything with the little hole in back of the keyboard and I don’t have access to to downloading the app or only have a ps5

    You can try following the steps here for manually resetting your keyboard. It will also best if you can further isolate the problem by testing your keyboard on a different device like a computer. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and our options for addressing the RGB and input issues of your Razer BlackWidow V3 mini HyperSpeed.

      Hi thanks I fixed the issue I had all I need is to remove the effect where I leave it still right and it’s colorful and when I click a button it splashes green how do I remove the green splash  when I click a button , I want it colorful even when I click buttons .

      Thanks for letting me know. You can use keyboard keys to modify the chroma effects. Check the hotkeys here on page 12 for a complete list of additional settings you can do with your device.
