BlackShark V2 mic not working


Hi all, My mic stopped working, I have restarted the computer and checked all settings (I never changed a thing anyway), however my mic suddenly stopped working. Any tips would be helpful and thanks in advance!

on the headphones, is the button on the back of the left side pressed in or out?

yes try the cable extender and place the jacks into their respective place

I have unplugged, plugged back, restarted the computer and nothing seems to work

does your device have a speaker port and a microphone port? If so, use the splitter cable included with the headphones.
