BlackShark v2 pro 2023 does not turn on again after I turn off once

I just pressed the power on/off button once, and it suddenly turns off the headset, without telling me it’s turned off. There’s no voice telling me that it’s turned off, then when I try to turn on by holding the power on button. It does not give any respond or feedback. The light isn’t showing up, the “Turn on” sound did not show. It just doesn’t work
