BlackShark V2 Pro Battery not holding more then minutes before drain.
Probably needs replacement, any suggestions ?

Was your device working fine before? When did ou notice this problem? Were there any incidents that happened to your device prior to the issue? e.g. spilled liquid, etc. How much battery percentage does it keep after you unplug your headset? Are you using headset while charging? Please PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty verification. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.
