Blackshark v2 pro constantly beeping

I just got my blackshark v2 pro and it took forever to connect it the dongle, I finally got it connected and now it will not stop beeping if no sound is running. I have tried updating synapse, updating firmware, swapping USB ports (just made me reconnect to the dongle and then refused to do so 5 times in a row so moved back to original port), turning off thx did not help. Any one know why its beeping if no sound is being used? It does reload on Synapse all the time, even while playing sound.

I have the same issue, even bought a 2nd blackshark (because I do like it otherwise) and this one also randomly beeps/disconnects. Support is sending me a replacement but I'll bet it does the same thing. I've tried moving the dongle to the front USB, back to the back USBs, updating drivers, turning off usb power settings, nothing helps. It's the same as if you walk too far away, I'll hear a beep and the sound cuts out.

Same issue here, random beeping, “Disconnected”, “Bluetooth Connected” despite I’m in 2.4 Ghz mode. Sound cutting out after idling a couple of minute despite disabling auto-sleep in synapse. Hoping to get a solution to this as well.
