I am beyond frustrated here as my BlackShark v2 pro headset was working just fine until I attempted to update the firmware for the hardware. When I ran the firmware updater it initially ended up failing and so I restarted the process of updating the firmware and that's when I noticed that my computer was no longer able to see the headset while it was plugged into my computer via the micro USB cable that came with my headset. I noticed that the headset power light was no longer on and attempted to power the headset back on and realized that they would no longer power on. I tried different micro usb cables and even a completely different computer and still the headset would not power on any longer. So frustrated I carried onward and created a ticket. 230126-000012 is my latest one and will be suffice considering the WORST Customer Service experience that I have ever experienced. Here I have been dealing with this issue for over a month now and was just told today via chat with Emiline that because I wasn't able to provide Razer with my products serial # that I could not get my headset replaced. I bought this headset 4/15/21 from Amazon and I have my pdf sales receipt however I no longer have the original box and for some reason unbeknownst to me the serial number sticker is no longer present on my v2 pros, and I was basically told to bad that I couldn't get the RMA process rolling because I wasn't able to provide my products serial #.

So basically, I was told that because I didn't have the headset’s serial number that I was SOL and there was nothing that the agent could do for me as the serial # is needed in order to process the RMA.

However nowhere in the requirements for the Limited Warranty does it state that I have to provide the hardware's serial # it only states that I need to provide a valid receipt which I very much do have.  If anyone can please help me out it would be greatly appreciated as this is not right and I just simply want my headset replaced being that it was the firmware update that caused this entire issue to begin with.

I have also tried using the cmd prompt to get my headsets serial number. But that didn’t deliver the serial # either.

Thank you in advance,
