Blackshark V2 + USB not detected.

I have a Blackshark V2 + USB soundcard as my current headset. I have downloaded Razer Synapse to use their software. However my headset is not detected as its own device. I have my headset plugged into the USB Sound Card and on Razer Synapse its labelled as "RAZER USB SOUND CARD". I have plugged in the headset without a sound card and the headset is also not detected. I have tried to use the firmware they provide on the official website to update this headset but even then I cannot update the drivers because the headset is not detected with Aux or the USB Sound Card. Is there anyway someone has some information they can help me with? I would appreciate it

It's beeing detected correctly. All settings are related to USB soundcard, not headset (which is analog). PS. You've downloaded wrong firmware, as you have Blackshark V2, not V2 X (these are 2 different headsets).

Yeah I have figured out that sadly. I thought the x was just the Blackshark x USB not a separate headset lol. I appreciate it thank you.
