Blackwidow Chroma V2 LEDs on Numpad stop working

Having an issue where the LEDs on the numpad, indicator panel above the numpad, pause/break, page up/down, and right arrow key all turn off at random intervals and stay off. from what I've seen they turn off after: - 30 seconds after a simple chroma effect (static colour with pulse on keypress) - 3 to 5 seconds after a more advanced effect (red and white cycling diagonally like a Canadian flag) - seconds after reboot with any effect - sometimes not turning on at all the only way I can get them to work currently is setting a simple static colour and unplugging plugging back in up to 5 times and waiting between reconnects for power drain. I have tried: - Rebooting (I work in IT so trust me I actually did it unlike my users) - updating the firmware (already on latest for BWCV2) - uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse - recreating effect in chroma studio - resetting keybinds and profile in synapse - different USB ports (both USB 2.0 and 3.0, also on motherboard, front IO panel and USB hub) I have a feeling its software/firmware related since I can get them to work for extended periods of time as long as I use a very simple effect.
