hi, i got a new pc yesterday and im using my old blackwidow keyboard with it. there was no problems with old pc but when i got new one during the storing ig it stopped working specifically the k key. the rest keys work fine but the k one colours arent syncing with the rest (theyre too fast or something).
but when i try to fix it on razer, theyre all the same settings even if i change the chroma mode or reset them they dont fix, and i tried connecting with a diff pc and the problem still occurred, and diff usb port too. i dont know why its not working.
i purchased it a while ago so i have no receipt. i dont have money to buy a new keyboard either.

Did you already try to reset the keyboard or use a different account on the Synapse app for further isolation? PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you resolve the input and the RGB issues. Thanks!
