Blackwidow v3 - c & v keys are spamming sometimes

Hello, I recently purchased a brand new Razer Blackwidow v3 keyboard and I noticed that sometimes the c & v keys are getting spammed even though the key is not actually pressed. For example, I'm using my clipboard with ctrl + c and even though I release the key and it's not pressed, C keeps being spammed.. I have to press any other key so it stops. I tried to open a support case through the website but it doesn't seem to let me. Thanks
