iv tried everything and its stuck at 100% battery health status so i dont know exactly how much of battery is left. anyone with the same issue??? :frown_:

    Great... unlimited power. But seriously - did you've tried to connect it via Bluetooth and check the battery status in Settings -> Bluetooth (it should show system battery status, because it may be just a bug inside Synapse software).

    I'd try firmware update if possible: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4728 Also check it on other PC if the same issue persist. If yes, I'd use it till battery dies, and try to connect the cable, and see what will happens during charging.

    cool, yes iv tried the firmware update, reinstalled few times the synapse 3 and tried also on another computer and shows the same thing.:frown_: good idea, i will try to drain this battery and charge to see what happens, thank you :)

    I AM  ALSO GETTING THIS ERROR . BUT IT SEEMS TO BE SOLVED NOW AFTER I INSERTED CHARGING CABLE FOR A FEW MINUTES AND WITHDREW IT.
