Blackwidow V3 Pro isn't doing anything really.

Howdy ho! I got a V3 Pro off marketplace a few months ago it was working fantastic. A dream to use. After encountering unrelated issues with windows 11 I downgraded to 10. After which, for some unknown reason, my V3 Pro wouldn't connect. Well. Obviously cause I basically wiped my laptop. But that's the thing. It's not going into BT pairing. I paired it with the dongle and even then, it's not doing anything. I can't type at all. The keyboard lights up. I charged it. But the white LEDs aren't lighting up at all. I tried factory resetting it and nothing changed. I'm really confused cause it was working just fine before. It just decided to die for some reason. Any ideas?
