Blackwidow v3 Serial Unknown??

Hello, I recently bought a Razer Blackwidow V3 keyboard and decided to register it, but writes that the serial number is unknown.I tried everything, but I couldn't.I hope you can help solve this problem

    I also recently purchased a new keyboard a couple of days ago (Blackwidow V4 Pro). You may want to get a magnifying glass and inspect each digit. I had issues inputting my S/N because Razer is the kind of company that implements 1s & Is, with 0s & Os, and then prints them in a broad vague font for their product registry. What a confusing mess (for those of us who are visually impaired). It took me about 4 tries to get it right.
