As the description says I have a 2022 blade 14 with the 3080ti. When I put it to dedicated graphics it will not show the boot logo and once it gets into windows it’s just digital garbage on the screen. When I put it into optimus mode it works just fine. Even when switching over for a game. Anybody else experience anything like this?
Blade 14 2022 3080ti dedicated graphics are all glitched out. Optimus works fine.
A little more information. I was able to get it to work by hooking up an ext monitor. When I changed the refresh rate from 60 on the dedicated to 165 the issue went away. It doesn’t exhibit this in optimus mode. Anybody experience anything like this?
I did all of that I’m pretty sure it was the screen that Best Buy put in it in July. I sent it off to them for a second time for this issue. They ended up sending it back and it was doing the exact same thing with a supposedly new MB. I tested it before I left the store. The store ended up junking it out and giving me my money back. Best Buy geek squad repair is a joke. If they did replace the MB, as they said they did, they didn’t test it properly. I provided exact instructions on how to reproduce the issue. I no longer have the laptop.
