Blade 15 swollen battery.

Hi all,

I have a GTX 1060 Base Model Razer Blade 15, and I have noticed that the battery is bulging.

However, one of the screws on the backplate is stripped, and therefore I am unable to fully open the laptop.

How can I best get the battery replaced?

the best thing you could probably do is try to contact razer and if they don’t fix the problem maybe contact tech support or something
