Hi
I have a problem with the battery om my blade. The original battery started to swell so i bought one off Amazon and replaced it in December, A month later i was playing a game and the laptop shut off and would not power on with just battery and everytime i pulled out the ac cable the laptop would shut off, I thought i had just got a faulty battery, so i sent it back and got another one from a different company. A month later and the same thing is happening, i cant be this unlucky and have 2 bad batteries surely. HWInfo shows the battery as being there and fully charged and windows shows the battery also. Am i missing something??

it's common for the battery to stew and damage something around it. by liquid or mechanical action.
1. something is really damaged on the board
2. The battery batch is bad
3. The charger may be faulty
4. is insanely running the pc with full load all the time.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I would love to lend a hand, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options. Thanks!
