Hi, i’m having a charging issue with my blade stealth 13. When the laptop died, i tried charging it but it won’t charge at all. It turns on fine and everything but only stays on for 2 or 3 seconds. I initially thought it might be the charger. So I took it to best buy and one of the geek squad employees used a different usb-c charger on it and it still didn’t charge. So now i’m not really sure what to do. I have no idea if it’s just the charging ports (neither side works) or the motherboard.
Of course i can pay for best buy to send it off to get repaired but the geek squad told me that if it’s just the charging port it would only cost $60 (+ a non refundable $85 for best buy to send it off)
However, he said that if it ends up being a motherboard issue that it could end up costing $500 to repair in which case he said is not really worth it.
Would really appreciate some advice

Sorry to hear that your laptop no longer charge and power on. Have you tried the workaround from this article? Also, please check if your unit belongs to our discontinued models here. Feel free to send me a PM including the Blade 13 Stealth's serial number so I can check if it is eligible to undergo Razer's out-of-warranty repair. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
