book 13 uhd display problems

hello all Ive had this book 13 since new November 2021 its a mixed bag of on going problems the if you activate UHD on the slider under system display it makes everything look washed out reported this twice to razer don't get any-ware so i don't even bother using it which make this laptop pointless . the display as a mind of its own see picture which it does randomly if you press Ctrl Alt del it returns to normal all very odd but once again why on a less than year old high end laptop i have the latest win 11 see below RAZER BOOK 13 SERIAL NUMBERBY2049M15603698 PRODUCT NUMBERRZ09-03571WM2-R3W1 Edition Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 Installed on ‎05/‎10/‎2022 OS build 22621.675 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22634.1000.0
