I just got these yesterday and installed the software today. When I follow the directions and set THX Spatial Synapse as the default output device, I get no audio. If I instead set it to Raser Nari Essential, it works fine. Part of the reason I bought this was for the THX 7.1 audio. I am on Windows 11, btw on an Alienware laptop with Realtek Audio onboard.
