Today my Deathadder v2 wheel started making a crunching sound as I rolled it before going silent, giving no more resistance and stopping working.
I opened it up (it’s a 2020 purchase so out of 2 year warranty now) and found that the nipple that goes into the socket at the end of the axle has broken off. Looks like a weak part of the design as it’s only plastic and driving another wheel means it’s subject to stress and friction.
Are there replacements available for this as the rest of the mouse is still in perfect condition?
