I have a Razor Naga Trinity that simply quit working
I contacted support and explained my situation. I followed all the instructions that were given. The support person was very professional.
I received an email saying my RMA was ready for review, but when I followed the link I got an access error saying I can’t look at someone else’s ticket.
Here’s what I know. I contacted support using one email. My Razor account uses a different email.
I’ve reached out to support 3 more times, but now, I get no response from anyone. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might get this resolved?
