I bought a brand new Razer Blade 15 2021 with 3070rtx gpu.. The laptop is very nice I like the build quality and everything else except whenever it is off the charger it keeps crashing even on doing simple tasks like browsing on chrome and watching a youtube video. Certainly I address the problem only when the laptop is not plugged in and charging. When I am working on my desk my razer blade is always plugged in to an external monitor with hdmi cable and plugged in charging. I haven't experienced this problem on my desk, however as soon as I unplug the laptop and start doing some basic stuff like browsing on chrome etc. it will crash. Sometimes it crashes 2-3 times in 1 hour. This is very frustrating and I can't figure out what causes this. I tried running this software called BlueScreenView but it does not show any error logs, both windows are clear like bsod did not even happened on my laptop. This is very frustrating and it's getting on my nerves. I also read about a lot of problems with the batteries on these laptops and Im worried if the battery is damaged and may be causing these problems. ( Since it happens only when running on battery and not when plugged in)



Instruct me further on fixing this, I am seriously thinking about getting a refund this is so frustrating and I was not expecting this from a Razer Laptop...
