I always get BSOD when I open my laptop and not plugged in, when opening chrome, it happens randomly. I reset chrome reinstalled it. it still keeps happening

This laptop was bough this year. I am not sure what to do next
Run CMD as administrator and run sfc /scannow it should find any system corruption and repair it.

Also if you have BSOD what is the exact problem code?
the code is CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED i couldnt see if there were numbers etc, it resets so fast. sorry for the late reply. I turned off hardware accel. It didnt happened for a while, but today it happened again.

I did the sfc /scannow, while on battery and sure enough the same code happened again while scanning.

I plugged it in and ran the scan, nothing found. Could this be a battery issue that it delivers abnormal amounts of power? because I have no problem when its plugged in
i finally found the problem its the hyperthreading, I disabled the hyperthreading and the BSOD is gone, there are no new bios update for my laptop. how do i fix this? do i keep switching my hyperthreading off during battery mode?

It's great to hear that you've found out what causes the issue. However, I still need to forward this to our Support Team, as other users may also experience the same behavior. The Razer Blade 17 2022 has a downloadable BIOS (v1.06) and EC (v1.02) firmware file on its support page. Please let me know if your units are updated. Otherwise, please send me a PM, including your laptop's BIOS main tab and a video showing the issue. Save the files to any online drive account, then paste the shareable link in your PM. I'll be locking this thread to divert our conversation privately.
