[BUG] Razor Nommo Pro - no sound after Windows update?

Hello,

Just yesterday, the sound still worked fine. Then this morning, it doesn’t anymore.

The power is on, the device is recognised by Windows, the pilot seems up to date. But the Razer Nommo Pro speakers deliver no sound whatsoever. (And the sound works on other devices.)

I’ve tried:

  • Restarting the computer.
  • Unplugging and replugging the power cable.
  • Unplugging and replugging the USB cable into a different port.
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the device.
  • Using your firmwire updater, which states no update is needed.

All to no avail.

Could you please help me?

Best regards

I also have no audio from any hardware after completing the windows update on 27/02/2024. All hardware seems to disappear from the system, and then re-appear but doesn’t work. I briefly managed to get sound back when I used the audio troubleshooter but not since, except for the Windows sound when rebooting.

I spoke to Microsoft support and they said to contact Razer.

I managed to get my speakers working again after multiple Audio Troubleshooter tries

I have the same problem. When my Nommo speakers are connected via PC, no sound works unless I turn them off. I have some luck if they are connected by Bluetooth, but then the RBG aren’t controllable and look horrendous. I have made sure everything is updated/reinstalled. Waiting on Razer for a fix.
