Hello,
Just yesterday, the sound still worked fine. Then this morning, it doesn’t anymore.
The power is on, the device is recognised by Windows, the pilot seems up to date. But the Razer Nommo Pro speakers deliver no sound whatsoever. (And the sound works on other devices.)
I’ve tried:
- Restarting the computer.
- Unplugging and replugging the power cable.
- Unplugging and replugging the USB cable into a different port.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the device.
- Using your firmwire updater, which states no update is needed.
All to no avail.
Could you please help me?
