Hi All, My BW Elite sometimes doesn't register a space character. I've tried resetting. I have looked for a firmware update. I also have the same issue with the volume wheel many seem to report.



Does anyone know where on the Razer site I can get a firmware updater for an RZ03-0262? It is surprising to me that 1) they don't bundle the firmware update into the Synapse software, 2) that something simple like finding this is actually hard on this website, and lastly (and most surprisingly) that 3) Razer support won't permit a support contact via EMail (?) if the keyboard is past warranty. Is that really for real? Had I known that I might have reconsidered buying additional Razer gear. I have a wireless Corsair keyboard I bought used and Corsair not only took a support email but actually sent me -- gratis -- a wireless dongle to update the firmware. Seems like I may have picked the wrong manufacturer here.



Anyone out there who can help here? I've seen other messages about firmware with no answers for days.
