Can I get a new 7.1 surround sound activation code

I lost the card that got the Surround sound code on it cause I have changed my living place a lot. Can the Support team provide me a new one? It’s Razer BlackShark V2 X,

Regarding your inquiry, please be advised that the activation code can only be used once and will be tied to your Razer ID. This allows you to install the 7.1 Surround Sound software on any system and keep your license. Should you need further assistance, PM me your headset serial number and the email address associated with your account so I can verify if there's a code allocated to it. ​​​​​
