Can't activate headphones.

Bought headset+sound card on a marketplace as a gift for my nephew. Finally came to his house half year later, wanted to play and realised that 7.1 Surround Sound doesn't work. Tried to activate it on https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/surround-sound/search, but saw message: "Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products." My product is RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 — got to be eligeble. Box was lost, so I have date when I bought headset, S/N, P/N. Asking for help.

    Hi siteIcterineradio802, The Razer Blackshark V2 headset is already THX enabled and you just need to install the Synapse 3 app to activate this feature.
