Can't find the acivation code in the product box // KRAKEN X LITE

Hello, i just bought today,  a Kraken X LITE, but there is no any codes to find! Is there any other option to activate the 7,1 Surround Sound

I have activate 7.1 surround sound for my product, with the Serial Number device, located on the left side .

I have the same problem, but I can't figure out how to activate it with the Serial Number, can you explain it me in more detail?

Nevermind, I just received an email with the activation code.
