I am trying to reach to razer support about my headset which is not working properly. But the razer support website keeps me in a loop. I can neither chat or send a support ticket. I tried clearing my browser cookies or using incognito mode or changing browser.

Yes I can reach to that link, but like i said no matter which way of contact I choose, whether chat or support case. It keeps me in a loop and redirects me to that link again and again.
