Can't respond to mod's conversation

I'm in a conversation with a mod to diagnose my misbehaving Hammerhead earbuds but every time I try to post my reply I get an error saying the contents of my reply were "spam-like" and "may be inappropriate". I can't even tell that moderator that I can't reply to him because I get that error, again. How can I fix this?

      Hi sleebytime, I thought I was receiving your messages without any issues. Are you trying to share a photo or a file? I can see that our message thread is still active.

      Hi, I keep trying to send a message with a drive link (proof of conversation w seller) and it keeps throwing an error at me. Here's that message: " Now the spam filters aren't letting me reply. I messaged him two days ago askingabout just that I haven't received a message back yet. He claimed that, when I picked them up, he hadn't even used them yet and had only opened the box to take pictures of the earbuds.
