cant connect my phone with razer shark v2 pro via Bluetooth

I just bought blackshark v2 pro as I liked the voice and some times game games as well. 

However once I reach home, I can't connect to bluetooth of my phone. I checked online and it is saying to press smart switch, but in my headset, smart switch is not available. 

Please advice me what to do, I like to play games on my phone as well as on my laptop.
