Cant remap keys or create/change profiles on Synapse 3
I just got a razer cynosa lite keyboard and installed Synapse 3,
but I am unable to create new profiles on the keyboard page and the little dropdown list for the profiles remains blank. I can add profiles using the three little dots on the keyboard page, but they remain greyed out until I have at least two and I'm stuck with a little infinite green loading circle. If I switch tabs, the list becomes blank, but the profiles *do* stay on the profiles tab. I can also add profiles on the profiles tab, but if I add them in that spot, they never appear on the profiles dropdown list on the keyboard page. It stays blank.
Additionally, I cannot change keybinds or remap keys. Clicking on a key results in zero response.
Could anyone help?

Make sure the Synapse application is up to date and try to repair the app by following the steps here. If that didn't help, try to reboot your PC. Let me know if you're still experiencing the same issue so I can raise your concern with the software team. Thanks!
