I have a Razer Blackwidow v3 Pro wireless keyboard and for some reason I can suddenly not type a capital w (holding shift + w). It works if I press caps lock + w.
It may sound like a silly problem but I’m an instructional designer and it’s super irritating. All the other letters are capitalized when I press shift and the letter.
I have checked that I have the latest firmware and cleaned the keyboard properly. I can type a w but not capitalize it. It’s super frustrating.
+1Strange. Is it possible to test the keyboard (without synapse) on some other device?
Maybe some external app is blocking the Shift + W combination.
I connected it to another device and it is working. You may be onto something. I’ll do some testing and see what happens. I’ve installed a few new apps yesterday so it might be one of those. Thanks for responding!
