Card can't be loaded, bank denied but later approved charge.

i purchased a Razer Gold card at a supermarket and had it loaded for $400. 20 minutes later after i had left the store, my bank denied the charge on my Chase Visa charge card. I went back to the supermarket and asked them to reprocess the charge after i had verified the charge with Chase but they said the charge had gone through. i had sent the Razer Gold activation code to the person i had gifted the card to but they said the card was denied. Now they can't use the card and my bank account has been charged the $400.
HELP!!
