chair not staying up

I need support with my chair not staying up. It has a 3 years warrently but when i go to the support page it tells me its out of warrently. I need a new GAS LIFT CLASS 4

Product: Razer Iskur - XL - Gaming Chair With Built In Lumbar Support - NASA + AP Packaging

 

3 years warranty for mechanisms and moving parts. (not including wear and tear)

I have the exact same problem. And have submitted a ticket.

 

Really disappointed by the warranty promises but clearly it wasn’t true.

 

i had to get a new Gas Lift last year as well which shows the quality isn’t as expected
