Charging dock does not sync my Basilisk Ultimate

Yesterday I turned on my pc and my mouse doesnt move, and he light on the charger dock wasnt working, but my mouse where still charging, so i get the usb dongle and put it directly to the pc, and my mouse started working, the charging dock still charging my mouse, but if i put the dongle on it, it doesnt work, even windows doesnt sound when i conect it.
