Checking Serial Number

I bought a razer viper mini, I opened the website to enter my serial number to check but it says "We are unable to locate your serial number in our database." but when I go to warranty support and enter my serial number there, then click on general product questions then contact support it says "Your product is covered under Razer's Limited Warranty" and the product is "Razer Viper Mini - Wired Gaming Mouse - FRML Packaging", I also registered product and got an email saying "your razer product registration is complete" soo is everything okay?
