Chroma Addressable RGB Controller Molex Plug Issue
Bought an open box from Best Buy this last week and wish to warranty it or just get a new cable. Unknown if the device works, if I ONLY plug in the molex connector to my PSU and not to the device yet my system will not post.
Tried to register and only get "Invalid Product ID" on RZ34-021406
Please advise. Tried switching zeros for oh's and vice versa on ID and Serial and am getting nowhere.
