Is anyone having problems with the cursor?
I have a Cobra Pro and Synapse 3 and when I turn on the PC the mouse cursor does not appear with it connected by wire. I have to disconnect it and connect it every time for the mouse cursor to appear.

Hi @bizRobinEggBlue197,

Are you using a USB hub? Try reinstalling the driver for further isolation and make sure the Synapse 3 app is up to date. If the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check for model-specific steps to help you. Thanks!

Had similar problem with some mouse years ago - after bootup cursor was not moving, but as I remember all buttons on the mouse worked flawlessly.

For me it helped to update chipset drivers to the newest available version. But you can try update BIOS as well too.

Hello, I'm not using a hub, just a usb-c cable directly to the motherboard input. I have already installed and reinstalled synapse3. The problem persists. When turning on the PC the cursor does not appear. I need to disconnect it and connect it again for the cursor to appear.

Try chipset / bios update as mentioned above.

Updated chipset and bios. The problem persists.

I have the same issue on my Cobra Pro, but I’m working wirelessly on 2.4 with the Dock Pro. It’s intermittent, it doesn’t always connect. I’ve tried with the mouse off before startup, and on before startup, I’ve had connection issues both ways. Hard to replicate. When it isn’t connected I have unplug the Dock Pro and plug it back in to get it to recognize and then the mouse will connect. Had the Deathadder Pro 2 with wireless charging dock previously and never had this issue. I’m guessing it’s a sleep issue on the Cobra Pro.

Do you have the lastest available firmware installed?

I am also having trouble. The mouse is mostly dead. It wont charge on the magnetic hub, or with USB C. On the bottom, there is a small indicator light that is illuminated, and when I use the button on the right to turn it from off to 2.4 it does flash a rainbow along the bottom outer edge.

When doing the update razer cobra pro firmware updater, it asks me to turn the mouse of and “connect to the PC with the supplied USB cable. I don’t have any idea where that specific cable is, but when using a standard USB C to plug into the mouse, the installer will not advance. The green UPDATE button on the software is not illuminated. I have looked at all my USB C cables and do not see one with a Razer logo either.

Yup latest firmware, on both. Same issue. Intermittent so can’t replicate. Tried on different usb ports, tried with other us’s unplugged. Tried o different computers. Turned off hibernate, turned on the power management they recommended on the usb root hub. Same issue. Annoyingly just have to unplug and plug it back in to make it work.
