Cod mobile or fifa not working with razer kishi v2

I'm having difficulty with my new razer kishi v2. I'm using this on a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra. I am trying to play cod mobile and fifa mobile via the nexus app however I'm unable to do so. I have done the correct installments but when I go to play either game only my phone screen works when in the game but prior to playing the game I can navigate around my phone using the game pad. On cod mobile I have enable controller setting to on. It asks to connect controller via Bluetooth however this device does not have Bluetooth. I've also seen workarounds online about using a xbox pad but I do not own one of them. Does anybody know a fix for this?
