Code for 7.1 does not work (SOLVED)

Code from the box of my Blackshark X V2 doesn't work (code invalid). This has been an issue since I first got the headset and I never got the code to work. There is a chance that I am inputting the code wrong (the scratch thing got scratched badly and there is a small possibility but I've tried multiple other possibilities and they didn't work either.) Wondering if I could get someone from razer support to take a look and confirm if I'm typing it wrong or if the code is wrong in the first place. The serial number for the headset (I think, might be the wrong number I'm looking at): (*Omitted the serial number for security purposes)

    Update: Code I received online through registering my product was also invalid. Speaking to a support agent right now.

    Update 2 (Solved) - Turns out I was trying to activate THX with a 7.1 surround code lol. My bad, the support agent helped me out.
